there are two payment methods we accept:
1:send the fund to our bank account
2:PAYPAL.
when you place an order, we will tell you our paypal account.
1, Email us at jiang659@gmail.com or jiangteaonline@gmail.com to place an order.
2,please tell me your intended tea names and order quantity; and email us with your necessary information (address, phone number);
choose the shipping methods..
3, we will reply you within one business day.
4, when we accept the payment, we will send tea parcel in 3 days and inform you the trace No of shipping via email.
currently, we only ship by China Post.
There are three methods of shipping available now:
1)EMS Express;
about 7-8days arrival, real-time tracking
2)Air Parcel;
about 14-21days arrival, real-time tracking
3)SAL
about30-45 days arrival, real-time tracking
we will calculate the shipping cost when you choose the shipping method. and we inform you via Email.
